    Most orders are packed and shipped next day the order is received, except orders received during the weekend which are packed and shipped on following Monday.

    We use Australia Post as our preferred distribution partner. Delivery times depend on their schedule. Based on recent experience, below are indicative delivery times by state. However due to COVID restrictions and shift towards online shopping, these delivery times may vary,

    NSW and ACT 2-3 days. VIC, QLD 4-5 days, WA, SA, NT and TAS 7-8 days

    Once you confirm your order, you should receive an Order confirmation email which contains detail of your Order.

    Once we receive the payment confirmation, products are packed and shipped the following day.

    Another email is sent when an Order is shipped with a link containing tracking details that can be used to track the delivery of your order. In most cases, we also send an SMS with tracking details when an order is shipped.

    Our team monitors the delivery and if any unreasonable delays are noticed, it is followed up with delivery partner to ensure the order is delivered promptly and safely. In case you do not receive an order after 5 days from the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us. We will either advise for further up and in case the item is lost in transit we will send you the replacement products.

    If a product is received damaged on arrival, please notify us immediately so we can resolve with our delivery partners.

    While we check each and every product for quality before shipping, in an inadvertent case, if a product is damaged, please contact us using one of the methods listed and we will work our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

    To give faster delivery times to our customers, we maintain inventory of all products in our warehouse in Sydney. We do not sell products if they are not in stock.

    Since we procure products from International locations, it takes a while to restock products. In most cases it takes between 2-3 months to restock “Out of Stock” items.

    Sometimes the products are not available in the same prints and designs, in that situation we try to restock with products which closely match or which are better than the ones we previously sold.
